Foam Laminates of Vermont is a structural insulated panel manufacturer for the post and beam industry, steel structures, log cabins, homes, and businesses. Our panels can be used as roofs, floors, and walls for residential and commercial buildings. SIPs from Foam Laminates are strong, durable, and can easily support the necessary load and strain of a two-story building. With their high insulating value, our panels can withstand the harshest elements of a northern climate all the while keeping the occupants comfortable and safe.
Quality
Our craftsmen have years of experience in the SIP industry. With an average output of 60 SIP panel projects a year, we can produce a SIPs infrastructure to satisfy any taste – from a rustic barn to an elegant, artistically detailed chateau.
Customer Service
Our friendly and knowledgeable staff provides a comprehensive range of design/build services. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have and to explain the building construction process.
Excellence in Design
Foam Laminates works in consultation with many local architects to provide you with efficient and creative SIP design concepts. We know that you will be pleased with one of our bold and superior SIP enclosures, which will give your home great functionality, strength, and aesthetic beauty.
Flexibility
If you decide one of our in-house designs does not accommodate your needs and desires, then you can provide us with one of your drawings, and we will be happy to adapt it to our SIPs. Or if you would prefer, you can bring us your ideas and we will have our design team customize a SIP home to suit your requirements, size, style, and location.
Engineering
Foam Laminates works closely with a number of Professionally licensed Structural Engineers. They specialize in timber frame and SIP structures, so you can be sure that all of our structures meet and exceed safety and strength requirements as specified by industry standards.
Pre-Cutting
Foam Laminates of Vermont can also pre-cut your SIPs. This service reduces on-site waste and speeds up the installation time. The pre-cutting typically includes cutting your panels to length as well as cutting ridge and eave bevels. We can cut your window and door openings or they can be cut on-site after the SIPs are installed.
Installation
Our traveling installation crew is experienced in timber frame applications. We do many projects in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York each year. If you feel your job site is too far away, or have a local contractor who is unfamiliar with SIPs, we can send one of our install techs to work with your local crew.
