Like most Vermont Frames employees, Lindsay was born and raised in Vermont. After 15 years working at a financial firm out of Boston, she’s back home and “enjoying learning about the timber framing and panel industry.” When not working on bookkeeping at the office, she loves spending time with her two young kids, husband, and family that live close by.
Ted Say
Draftsman
Ted comes to Vermont Frames with a degree in Architecture and Drafting and over 18 years of building industry experience. He’s most excited to “learn about the traditional methods, joinery, tools, and assembly while blending it in the modern age.” When not at Vermont Frames, Ted follows his interests in hiking, biking, golf, and hockey.
David Charlton
Apprentice Draftsman
David grew up in southern Vermont and recently graduated from Norwich University with a degree in Architecture. He comes to Vermont Frames with a few summers’ worth of experience with timber framing with his father. After experiencing the installation of a few timber frames, he’s “excited to learn from the team about the beginning stages of drafting and designing one.” When not working, David is either sleeping, reading, playing competitive video games, or forgetting something important.
Panel
Josh Rochon
Panel Shop Foreman
Born and raised locally, Josh came to Foam Laminates of Vermont in 2011, having previously worked installing panels on job sites. “I like staying busy and seeing the projects from start to finish and the comradery with the rest of the panel shop.” Josh enjoys spending his time Hunting, Fishing, and with his family.
Craig Sheppard
Panel Shop Foreman
Born and raised right down the road, Craig joined our team in 2011. Kenny Marcelle
Panel Shop Technician
Kenny was born in Maine but raised in Vermont and started at Foam Laminates of Vermont in 2021. Coming from the construction industry and working on stick framing, foam paneling was something new and different to him. What he likes most about working here are his coworkers and seeing a whole project come together. When given the opportunity, Kenny spends his time hunting.
Corey Oliver
Panel Shop Technician
A Vermont native, Corey started in early 2023 at Foam Laminates of Vermont. Looking for a job closer to home, he saw the sign-out front and decided to stop in. The most enjoyable part about working at Foam Laminates of Vermont is seeing a house come out of boards and foam. He also enjoys working with his peers. Outside of work, Corey enjoys biking with his son.

Adrien (Adie) Thibault
Craftsman Timber Framer
Born and raised in Vermont, Adie began timber framing in 1988. In addition to being a highly skilled craftsman, Adie can perform many construction tasks with accuracy and speed. Adie is typically the first to arrive at work and the last to leave and seems never to stop working. If he isn’t on the top of your frame setting rafters 30 feet in the air, Adie can be found in the top of a tree stand.

He grows food for and with his family and skateboards in his off time.

Andrew Kidder
Craftsman Timber Framer
Andrew Kidder worked in the stick framing industry before working at Vermont Frames. His favorite part of being here is the contrast between the two. He spends time golfing, skiing, mountain biking, or with his children when not working.
